He was born in Golcuk in 1981
In 2003, He graduated from Uludag University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Finance. In 2010-2012, he completed his postgraduate education in Management Sciences at Cambridge College, USA-Boston, with a specialization thesis on “Restructuring in Companies “. He is pursuing his doctorate education at Istanbul Kultur University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration with his thesis on "Fair Value Accounting".
He started his career at Credit West finance company as a financial analyst between 2004-2006. Between 2006-2010, he worked in the tax audit and consultancy departments of Grant Thornton and Nexia International companies. He joined Crowe - HSY Audit in 2010. He worked as the Tax Manager until 2018, and Tax Partner since 2018.
In 2008 he became a certified public accountant. He played an active role in the Tax Inspection services of many companies including Food, Construction, Tourism, Textile, Jewelery, Finance, Automotive, Energy, Fuel, Marine, Education and Health. He published articles in various journals, web sites and publishing organizations about tax practices.
As of 2020, he has been carrying out the Baxley CPA brand with Altug Ozogut Certified Public Accountant company, and provides services in the national and international area.
